Cheating and waste my time
Respecteed sir,
I am Rahul Pradhan and I am using Airtel prepaid connection (09829552555)
Problem is that before some days (21-12-2009) from your company that For change my call in 50p/m with out any charge for one month …and after 48 hour I again got a confirmation message from company side that your call rate has been change if you want this service for one year please recharge by 35… But my call rate is as it is and when I called for customer care they didn’t reply me and cut my phone many time …
This is not fair they must change my call rate otherwise I will complain to higher level and …….etc…. I think company cheat the customer they waste our precious time by creating these type of problems.

Otherwise I will take quick Action

Airtel is making money unethically
Hello
At present I am in Dubai and Airtel cut Rs. 299+ from my balance which was approximately 292 and my balance was showing -7. when I asked them through mail the answer I got are given under both the times a different answer. This when I did not make or receive any calls nor am I using GPRS so I have to say that Airtel is making money unethically
We would like to confirm that we have pursued our records and found that you have been Rs. 99 - for rental of international roaming and Rs. 100 charged twice for incoming calls. However the reversal of Rs. 99 has already been credited in your account. We regret the infeasibility to process any more reversal towards the same.
We like to inform you that your as per your Service Request number 1205163045 we have got confirmation from our back end team that your balance has been deducted for GPRS service and for call charge to the number 09541281928. Hence waiver is denied

prepaid balance not received
I have recharged my prepaid card with Rs. 555/-on dated 28/11/09 ON 9958270137 but till today we have not received the balance. i have registered a lot of complaint in customer care but no action has been taken so far i did not understand when we receive my balance
u can can note my a/c status and plz give me the balance.
i hope that u will reply later and take necessary action against my complaint

activating the service from the customer service.
Dear sir,
My self Vaishali De, my acount frm the airtel has been deducted due to activiting the services of comedy juction like jokes, cricket & etc..., so i have deducted around 50 rupees in a month
now i have deactivate the service from customer service center but again they are activating the srevice after few days, if i asked for the complaint & complaint no they tell us complaint is not taken in the our service but i have complainting in every month for not to activate the service than also they activating.
So i request to take action about this please accept my complaint please refund my account balance.(i have four airtel prepaired card) i think i have to take another card for using (vodafone or etc...)) iam your old coustomer past 7 years.

My wife is a prepaid Airtel subscriber and now days she is getting anonymous calls from different numbers. Out of which, one number is from Airtel only. 9633352162 is the caller’s number and I think, the caller is a student. Can you check this number and block his all out going calls? Can you locate the caller? If yes, please does it fast? Now, time being my wife is switched off her mobile. Once I get a green signal from you, the number will be activated. Otherwise I don’t have any other way than moving to some other service provider.

RROUBLING THE COUSTMER
Sir, I am a custmer of airtel having no 9680022042. airtel suddenly STOP service on 24 nov 2009 without any information while i was doing vvip task at remote area. service of 121 and 198 also stopped.NOT able to contact anybody cut from the world, PANIC, FRUSTATION WITT AIRTEL. since airtel service highly dissapointed me. I inform you to solve the problem and compensciate for the inconvince.

Sim deactivated without notice
Sir,
I Sreeraj R, took an airtel prepaid connection last september by submitting my id proof and photo. My number is 9567666429. 2 weeks before i got a call from airtel regarding address verification and they asked me to submit id proof at the nearest airtel office ie. in vellayambalam, Trivandrum. i submitted the id proof as they said. yesterday(23 nov 2009 around 10 pm)onwards my sim has been deactivated. i am getting poor response from the customer care. i will be forced to terminate my other existing airtel connections along with this one if i didnt get justice . Also further steps will be taken if needed.

Invalid Tarrif Charged
I have been charged Rs. 215 for no reason, My phone number is 9928664262 (Airtel Prepaid). My balance was Rs. 332.72 yesterday and today I get some an sms from 543211 saying "You have been charged Rs. 15 and your caller wil now hear Aap Ki Kashish as your hello tune." And so I checked my balance it showed Rs. 117.72.
I am currently in Tokyo, Japan. Obviously, I am not using my phone to receive calls because I am not stupid enough to pay Rs. 100/min. Since, I am not using my phone to make any calls these jerks have figured out another way to extract money from me. Oh yes, and just when I am typing this complaint, they sent me another message congratulating me for hello tunes subscription for 365 days. Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK?????????

unable to contact customer
i am unable to contact customer care of airtel. this was happened when i complaint to customer care my balance was lost unnecessarily. ie when i call a tollfree no provided by airtel. this is a serious complaint i had complaint many times on this matter but no action was taken. my no is 0989518400.

sir, iam not using Fusion Louge in WAP. But every week Rs.15 detected from my balance. They give on web address for unsubscribe Fusion Louge http://203.200.118.92/airn/subs/unsb.aspx. But this address is not open. Please help to unsubscribe the Fusion Louge from my phone.
