False/Less/Useless Informations and irregular Customer Care
I recharged my airtel prepaid phone number with limited time offer of Rs60 for reducing my call rates to 60 paise for both local and std calls.
the problem i faced was that it stopped working after about a week.

i try to call to costumer care executive, they say that this was done because i had my validity extended to life time after a week of this Rs60 recharge.when i said them to write a complaint for this they simply refused to do so and i lost Rs60 due to this idiotic bug or whatever it is according to airtel.AND COME ON Rs60 ARE JUST ENOUGH FOR A COLLEGE GOING PERSON

termination of number without any reason
d sir,
Iam Mamta R. Shah. My prepaid no. is 9867409072. I was using this no. from last 5-6 years. On 17th september 2009, my no. has been disconnected without any reason
I had made several complains at customer care and visit gallaries of boriwali. kandivali & bandra many times but didn't get concrete result. Atlas i went to Head office( lower parel)with the hope that i got my no. back but the the thing goes otherwise.
At first visit they told me " your no. has been deleted from prepaid acoount & is under process for conversion to postpaid" But the fact is i had not made any request or had not sent any documents for conversion to post paid. They told me to wait for few days & i do
At second visit they told me " someone else wants postpaid connection and might mistakely your no.is entered" i told hom to give the details of the distributor who has taken request for the conversion of other person but he said he is unauthorised to do so. He told me to wiat untill conversion& i again i do
Still my no. is not activated so i visit again. At third visit they said " your no. does not match with the name & address for conversion and as the verification for conversion failed, your no . is still disconnected" i wait for few days more
At fourth visit they told " your no. has been permanently terminated and been issued to someone else" i told him to call on the no. & try to convience the person to give the no. back but he said he is unauthorised to do so.
I still keep patience and call on that no. On calling, i come to know that the no. was now used by Ms Geeta residing at Andheri. I told her whole issue & request her to give my no. back but she refuses to do so. The distributor from whom Ms Geeta has buy the card call me and rudly said " you has no right to disturb my customer, if you had any problem than registered it at gallary"
No one is here to help me out. I was just moving from one gallary to another, waiting there for 30-40 min but still not get favourable response.
My no. carries balance of Approx RS 250 and message recharge of RS 102 is also activated. Who is going to pay all this? Why should i suffer for your mistake? I dont know where my mistake was? Without any reason my card has been terminated and is now used by someone else, is it justified? I was using the card for 5-6 years so suffer from financial and social loss as my clients and relatives has this no.
What i want is the no. which i lost because of your mistake. I want a confirmation mail which suggest that the no. 9867409072 belongs to me and is mistakely deleted by your side.It might help me out to convience Ms Geeta to surrender the no.to me. I want the details of distributor or person who is responsible for all the mess.
I hope now i dont have to go anywhere and get my no. back soon. Thank you in anticipation of your favourable reply.

regarding recharge
i have recharged my airtel prepaid with rs60 yesturday, it was tarrif and today i make recharge of Rs60 it was talktime but dealer make easy recharge by mistake.could u please refund me.i will be obliged to u.9871814988

unncessary charging to services that i had not subscribed
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that Airtel Friendz chat service was automatically subscribed on my account while I had not subscribed it. I spoke about this to your costumer care executives and she replied that that charges have been deducted from my balance.
I want to know that without my wish how can your company subscribe any kind of unnecessary service in my account and charges me unnecessary debts.
Other thing is that how can your company costumer care executives disconnect my call without completly solving my problem.
I am using Airtel since five years and now having two numbers of airtel and with this i don't think that relationship with airtel will go long..
I want that my Airtel Friendz chat subscription should be cancelled and deducted money should be paid to me.

Dint get the PIN number
Sir,

This is Airtel Prepaid customer holding cell number 9701797808. I have recharged for an amount of Rs.2247 which is for making international calls for less cost. I have done this through e-recharge throught a retailer on 15 sept. After the recharge is done, I got a message saying E-Recharge is successful and also the trans-ID - 847221619. I should actually get the PIN number in 48hrs of recharge but I dint get any. I called up customer care and logged the complaints 4 times till now, Every time I talk to the supervisor's they tell that I will be getting the PIN number in 24 hrs at the max 36hrs. Now this is the 15th day of my recharge and Im helpless. I called up every alternate day explaining the complaint to every customercare person and again to supervisor and in the mean while if the line gets cut then again explaining from begining :( which is not at all fair, they listen to my complaint and say that I will get the PIN in 1 day and cut the phone but no response till now. What should I do. I really getting bugged with what ever is happening. Please guide me to get the PIN number. Hope you look into my request

Dear Sir,
I am using your airtel mobile voucher since last two years. So many times my accout balance has been deducted un authorisedly which record i don't have.
latest on 20/09/09 i had recharged of 100/- voucher unfortunately without doing any calls on 22/09/09 balance was found only 22/- which complain no is 090840020400 by telephone to Mr. Vinitbhai at 4.15 pm, but the prblem is not yet been solved. So please kindly return my balance and oblige.
