I have balance Rs. 141 for A-2-A calls but airtel number are not connecting

My mobile No. is 9871106686. I have Balance Rs. 14.50 and A-2-A call balance Rs. 141. But Airtel Number are not connecting and voice mail say that my active service has finished. In my mobile validity is till to 3 january 2009. Then how can be my active service has finished when i have also balance for other calls which is shown in balance request.

Please send me reason and told me why they are doing that.

Please see this matter and start my mobile phone service

Airtel prepaid recharge problem

dear sir

my number is 9902078996.on 26th Feb '08 i have recharged with Rs.333 paper voucher and that amount also credited to my account but i loss balance automatically.

i was contact in mobile coustmer care and they find problem is in server but problem is not solve....
