*This is to draw your attention towards the way Airtel company treats their
customer.
I am having a prepaid connection with Airtel. Its a lifetime connection.
On 15-07-2011 at 3:54:22 pm I received a message from AD-54321 containing “Thanks for downloading hungama content game from Airtel.you have been charged Rs 40.” & when I check my balance Rs 40 has been deducted from there.
Sir, I haven't download any type of game & not even receive any game on my mobile but they deduct my balance .
Same instance also happens to me before.
I called Airtel Customer Care, where they were saying that you have downloaded the game through Airtel live.but Airtel live is not activated on my Mobile.Then, Customer care Executive said “I will forward your complaint to my senior official & they give me Ref no. 3071525655100
& Till today (18-07-2011) I haven't receive any resolution for my complaint, but received a message from airtel service that “If you are satisfied with the resolution of your complaint...”
This has been ridiculous.This is too stressing for me. I am using this number since last 3 years
and this is very important for me to have this number. & by doing such cheap activities you are forcing me to change my operator from Airtel to another operator.
The company all of sudden can't behave so irresponsible.
Please help me out...
