	sumesh vijayan April 29, 2011 automatic cut amount I am using Airtel prepaid sim since 2 and Half years. My mobile number is 09633595747.I recharged my phone in 24/4/2011 for RS 50 in morning after some times i check my balance it will be zero amound i called the custmer care exicutive and that exicutive not give me a proper explanation and then I called again the custmer care exicutive she told me that i download some application through mobile office i am activated my GPRS plan in middle of april using RS98 rechage and that will discus with the exicutive. She told me that the call will pass to the TEAM LEADER after sime time the phone in hold some times later they cut my phone.some time later i called the customer care again again and not getting the call.I think they will my block my call. Plese do need full faitfully9 sumesh
	chetanmaya March 25, 2011 Original SIM Name changed without our Knowedge My son brought Airtel PrePaid connection two years back from Mangalore Airtel office at Ballalbagh with Photo I D Proof and Adress Proof ( Passport copy)and got new connection number in his name. After about one year back he lost his SIM and got new SIm with same number after producing same Passport copy. Again last week he lost his mobil at Bangalore. He called Help line block the Sim on same day. But when he wanted replacement of New SIM, to our surprise the same 'NUMBER' whichwas using last two years was not in his name, after contacting Help line they provided New SIm with original number(after producing college I.D. Card copy)' but after contacting Airtel Office at mangalore we found Sim is still in some persons Name? The reason for above problem, Airtel officals unable to answar till now.

	Natraj Ayappan May 3, 2010 Sim Blocked Hello Sir, I got a new airtel prepaid sim a month ago and it was blocked since 19th April 2010 as my proof was not clear. But later after a week I gave the correct proof still its not been activated. I called customer care, they didn respond as expected and I went to the shop where I bought the sim. He didn care for the same. Now I couldn even raise a complaint. My mobile number is 9791190271. The shop where I bought is G.N.R Mobiles, Jafferkhanpet. I regret for this poor service ny Airtel. 	November 23, 2007 Simcard registration failed I am using Airtel prepaid card from Bangalore. Currently I am in Maharashtra for my project work. I was using this sim in maharashtra as well on roaming. But suddenly my mobile is showing me sim card registration failed and I am not able to use the sim card anymore. Please let me know how I can activate the sim again. I am having the balance on this sim and also the validity is till Dec 2008. This is very important number as it's being used for all official calls. For next 3 months I will be in Pune regarding my work so I don't want to miss any calls on this number. Please tell me what is the procedure to get it activate again from Pune. Waiting for reply
	September 1, 2007 SIM IS REJECTED While entering PIN/PUK code my sim is rejected (Blocked) .Now as per Aitel Customer care ,i have to pay 225 rs. for issuing duplicate Sim for the same no. why should i pay for duplicate sim.
