Dear sir,
I am regular airtel customer mob. 9960784894. it has been observed that the prepaid balance is automatically get reduced without any call & SMS etc. This reduction in balance is observed on 17 & 23 Sept. 2009, 16, 17, 18 Oct 2009 and 2, 3 November.
I am very much disturbed due to this as I am a very poor person. It is requested to stop this automatic reduction and reimburse the payment. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer forum.
