disconnection of prepaid connection without any previous information

Sir,
I have bought two airtel mobile numbers by my name...9815210970 and 9815910971. These were postpaid for two years. after that I convert these numbers as prepaid. but after that my numbers were frequently disconnected for many a times. I have many a times gave my id proofs & other related documents to company. I am very upset because these are my professional numbers & I have got a large loss in my bussiness. Please Sir, help me

my name is vaneet my cell no. is +919779070000 i have activate my night gprs plan for 2 weeks but the service is very poor even not working for 4-5 days when i ask him for a wavour he said its a tecnical fault we can't do any thing what should i have to do now they taken money from my a/c but not given me service
