unauthorized deduction
Iam a customer of Airtel since 2003. Recently when I was transferred froom Pune to ranchi since I was on roaming services I requested my friend recharged it for me from Pune for rs 295/- which showed on my Sim (9975150245)Card in dec 2010. When I reached back Pune, (though I never used my sim in ranchi) to my surprize the balance was a single rs 5/- what happened to rs 290? The nos 123, 121.198 all are just eye wash and whichever option you press the reply is same...:; dial *121 and thanks for calling airtel... What happened to customer care service?. i sincerely advice ...to everyone who wish to take airtel...a big no..no...its useless

Reduced Balance
Dear Sir/Madam,
My balance is reduced to Rs 40, they start some services, But actually no services are activated by me Kindly stop the service and credit the amount deducted from my account because this is not the first time it happens.
Kindly u check urgent base and short out the problem & solve

not receiving mobile office setting
i am not receiving mobile office setting for using internet on my mobile . i complaining lot of time to costumer exicative but didn't take action on it.
my airtel sim no. is 9730008443 & my mobile handset is MAXX'S
model is MX455. plz take action on it .

not working
my airtel mbl number 9829314074..i m using this card in kuwait international roaming...from past 10 days my sim card is no working please suggest how can i activate my sim card

complaint for cancilation of chating serice by service provider
preaid SIM card by AIR TEL tele service used in my mobile. without my request & intimation chatting service is included in the sim card service. This fecility ( Chatting) is not required for me. Inspite off several instructions to customer care and local service center no action has been taken. As this sim is for life time incoming free scheme i am not destroying the SIM and go for new SIM. Even if this complaint also problem is not getting solved I have no option but to go for other service provider.
Please do the needful.

lost of sim card
I have lost my mobile set with Airtel prepaid sim card of no. 9818073475, I request you to please close its services as some one is still using the same.
