Following correspondence with reference to my complaint with paypal brings out how they misled me with reference to their associaton with Airtel of India and their prompt service.

They promised to activate international calling in 15 minutes but it is more than 12 hours and is now useless for me. Also, they claimed that they are a part of tyhe reputed company - airtel, India - which is false.

Account was created and activated within stipulated time and details were immediately sent to [email protected]. We delivered the service within proper time.No one committed false as we are US based corporation and doing business as per the land of the law.

Your representative falsely led me on telephone to believe that you are a part of Airtel of India. That is the reason why I subscribed in the first place. Secondly, he promised to create and activate account within 20 minutes which was not done. I do not want to deal with a company which gives false impressions and which cannot fulfil its time commitments. I have not activated my account and I would like the full amount to be refunded.

BE AWARE OF THIS TELEMARKETING COMPANY THAT IS OFFERING TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES OF UNKNOWN POTENTIAL

I purchased a calling card online (with the telemarketeer walking me thru this on phone). however after I put in my credit card number and pressed submit, a message popped up saying the transaction was approved. I did not receive a calling card access code or number. The telmarketeer gave me an accesss number 1-888-210-9376 and promised to call me back in 30 minutes with the access code. I am still waiting for the access code.
The charges were instantly applied to my card.
By the way this is not the same company as Airtel in India and you get an answering machine asking you to leave a message from the 24 hour customer service.

THESE GUYS REALLY PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE AND THAT GUY SAM STILL IN TOUCH WITH ME... ESPECIALLY I STARTED MY ACCOUNT FOR JUS 200$ BEFORE 3 MONTHS STILL I HAVE GOOD MINS I HAVE... do not get into the fix of registering your phone into the airtel usa inc. there are people sitting out there who do not understand anything and will keep calling you atleast 4-5 times a day. instead of sending an unsubscribe email they will *not* leave you to rest in peace. over all, this company keeps you bugging for nothing. finally, not a great service as well.

Please do not be misled by telemarketing calls from www.airtel-usa.com and www.airtelusainc.com. They are not real Airtel and you should think twice before using their service and giving your credit card information to such phony companies which operate on copied Indian brand name of "Airtel".

The CEO of this Company is also a Big Cheat and Fraud by himself. His name is also suspicious, sometime Sujit Ghosh and sometime it becomes Sam Ghosh.

He is just trying to cheat NRI in USA, Canada, U.K. and other countries by mis-guiding them with the Brand Name " AIRTEL "

BOTH www.airtel-usa.com and www.airtelusainc.com are Cheats and Frauds along with its Owner and CEO, Sujit Ghosh or Sam Ghosh.
