I have been using Airtel Wireless service for the last 7 months and my tariff plan was Rs 799/- All of a sudden this month I have been sent a bill of Rs 2838. When I called the call centre I was informed somebody had called the call centre and have changed my plan from 799 to 3333 by giving the account no and address detail. Account no and address is visible to anyone as when it is getting delivered by post it is easily visible. The person who called was not even me and the call from which the change was made was not event the registered mobile number but still the change was made. As per their manual of operation they are suppose to inform within 2 hours any changes but they had not done and I came to know only after a month when I had been raised a bill of Rs 2838. Inspite of my several emails and phone calls my complain has not been heard off and I been forrced to make payment of the entire amount.

I feel completely cheated by Airtel. It is indeed making money by cheating the customer and I strongly recommend everyone to restrain to become an airtel customer.
