In spite of repeated calls to your call center on the subject my account is being debited Rs.30 every month without any authorization. 3- 4 weeks back with great difficulty I was able to talk to your CSR Mr.Nitesh who gave me the above complain no. and advised that I should call *646# or 543212608 for de-activation but this no always seems to be faulty as the IVR system doesn’t work at all. So far I haven’t received any call from the CSR regarding the status of the above complaint nor has my account been credited for un-authorized billing hence this complaint thro your website.
