This is to bring to notice that I have been billed for full monthly charges for the billing period 23/05/07 to 22/06/07 vide invoice number 439591265. However, out of these 31 days, our internet was not working for 16 days, which computes to 51.61% of service delivery. Apart from this, the IVR for airtel is the most useless IVR I have ever seen. It is more of a consumer harrassment than a convenience.
You are requested to get the rent in the above-mentioned invoice prorated according to the number of days service has been provided, so that I may clear my dues at the earliest.
