i have complained that my net is slow then my package so they r litseing my complaint and not solving it there is no response from airtel

I have been utilizing broadband service of airtel company for the last six months and my connection no. is 05224108970. The current plan is unlimited on the charges of Rs.599/-+taxes, p.m. This plan is very expensive and as a result of which I would like to request to kindly change the into a cheaper plan.
