2 months back I bought Micromax Airtel datacard (MMX 610U). At that time it has been said I'll get 30-40 kbps speed & at night more. Till now I never got more than 10 kbps.
I raised the issue with the customer care, and twice engineers came but with no result. The complaint number is F748997381.
Also, while purchasing the datacard I've been told 2 things:
1) The datacard is 3g facility available (also written in my cash memo). But now they are saying it might not be the case. Since Airtel has not launched 3g they cannot verify it.
2) When 3g will be launched I'll get better facility with no increase in tariff rates. Now, I'm hearing that Airtel 3g tariff rates will be different.
So, Airtel not only provide me a 3rd grade product, but also lied me about the services.
Hope reader take lessons from my experience, and never go to Airtel.
