I registered my no.for DND on 20/03/2009 at 9:40 pm
Mr Jasbender is the person, who give me request no. w1010632418
After that my no is activated DND from 04/may/2009 as per request.
But the calls and SMS is continue. Then I call costumer care on
10/may/2009 at 11:30 am, I talk to Ruchi . I give her all details .like which type of sms and call I recived.then she will note all things and regarding this she will give me complain no 510155736 and she told me your problem will be solve within one weak(7 days) but the problem is not resolved. I got sms and call frequently..
I again call to costumer care on 21/may/2009 again I tolk to Ruchi . she will give some excuse and told me that further you haven’t got calls and sms .
I wll give her all sms details again which I will receive within 10/may to 21 /may.
She will give me complain no 521392084 and she will told me your problem will solved on 2/june/2009
But sir
Still, I will got sms and calls frequently, which disturb me a lot.
Today I will again call to costumer care
Mr Ravi receive my call lesson my all peoblem and call transfer to Vhavna
She is also lesson all problems again after that she told me I am not able to call transfer to y senior . after my request she is giving me mr Ravi nagpal’s mob no 9818334865
Then the call is disconnected.
Than I call to 9818334865 no. 4 th time but all call are disconnect after 2-3 sec
I call on this no 9818334865 with my voda fone no 9711189581
I again call to costumer care
Mr Avinash received my call and asks all details and told me hold for 45 sec
After 12 min Mr Neeraj is pick the phone and ask all details and say hold for 45 sec
Aster 6 min call is disconnected

Again I will call to costumer care
Ms Srikant received my call
And ask all details .and say hold for 45 sec
After 4-5 min the call is disconnected


I wll again call to costumer care
Veena is receiving my call
She again asks all details and then told me
Hold for 45 sec
Disconnect……

Sir I am very old costumer…..
I am very disappointment with you employee they are not solving my problem
They all are frustrating me.
