Pathetic behaviour of your customer service representative, supervisor, manager
I don't know whether you are going to respond to this mail or not..
I am really very upset and frustrated with the way your customer support Representative deal with the issue.
I am writing this email regarding to the problem i am facing on my number"09730343301"
My sms pack (worth rs. 67) not working from last 6 dayz..
Every time i call either 121 or your so called complained number "198"... either you disconnect my call or you simply tell me it's oing to resolve in 24 hours... It's 6 dayz now..
When ever i am sending a sms the amount is getting deducted from my main balance..
I do have a refrence number"30310289126" this time i spoke with one of the supervisor "Renuka" she was good. she ask me to wait till 24 hous and told me that she is refunding my deducted amount also..
It didn't happen..
Again i called one rep. told me that the problem is resolved..
I send some sms from my number the was again deducted from my mail account..
I was out of town i called 198 number had a word with sup" Piyush" and the So called manager "Mr. Moin Navaz" i requested him to return the deducted balance as i am no way near to any recharge shop..he said that it will take another 24 hours...I again very politely requested him to just return the deducted balance as if there is any trouble as a am on the highway i atleast can call some one...Can you imagine what he said "i am giving you 2 Rs.. so be happy" i mean i was not asking him to give any charity to me. I just wanted my own money thats it...
If this way your managers are going to deal with the customers i don't think i will continue with your services and i will also not going to recommend AIRTELL to any one..
I hope some one is going to take action against this ...

Postpaid card surrendering
I want to surrender my two mobile numbers since I had to leave the country urgently on a Sunday when Airtell offices were closed. The executive on phone enquiry informed that you can write a letter and surrender the numbers. My daughter tried to do it by handing over the letters at their service outlets but they refused to accept the letter.
How do I stop these two numbers being charged to me. Is there any other way of surrending the numbers ?

Misbehaviour of the dealer
After asking the dealer to tell us the minimum recharge scheme we opted for the 60/- one unaware that it is a top up not validity. we required validity. after filling it in the cell we asked him abt the validity he replied saying that u did not ask for validity. we hav visited this place a couple of times and he himself told us that recharge means validity and top up is wen u have validity u only require balance .. he was busy talking to his collegue, , otherwsie he is supposed to inform that this scheme has no validity.. he answered that all ppl opt for the lifetime schem and no one opts for validity.. we do not mind that he gav us the filling coz that can be used but his behaviour was very rude he was raising his voice and spking wen we were calm .. this is not done he is supposed to spk properly. that is our complain. Fraud services by airtel
Well the reason why I am sending you this comments is just to share my bad experiece with airtel customer service and I would like to take your kind attention towards their irresponsible/fraud attitude.
From Sept 5 -08 morning onwards I was not able to make any calls to india from any of the phone number from US through airtel eventhough I have sufficent balance.I called airtel customer service(877-247-5150) on the same day twice for telling the same issue and the executive who handled my case told they opened a ticket for the same and will be solving the issue within 24 hours and I will be getting the call within that period.More over the executive told they will be sending this ticket number/status to my EmailID which I updated in my profile and more over he collected the same on the same call, unfortunately I didn't get any calls/mails till saturday Sept 6-08 till evening 6PM and I called the same customer service number asking about the status..The executive to whom I spoke on saturday told still 6 more hours left for solving that and the ticket is still open.I waited till sunday moring Sept07-08 by thinking they will be resolving the issue.Unfortunately I didnt get any updates either through phone / mail.
Finally I decided to close my account and I don't want to continue the relation with airtel call home, before closing that ticket I asked the executive to pass the phone to any of his manager/supervisor and you know what how the executive replied "There is no manager/supervisor on the Floor".I really fed up with their services, then I came to know how importance they are giving to customers.
When I asked the status of my ticket(Close account) after 8 days the same executive team told account is still active but they block my account by keeping some of my money.If we are closing our account then that is their responsiblity to close our entire account information then and there and refund whatever balances we have till that date instead they are showing their fraud attitude.
So I would recommend you guys is think twice before you are proceding with airtel..They will cheat you ...

bill reg
i had send message for pre bill as (pri bill november no 36 g 4 new street extn podanur coimbatore 641023) but still i did not receive any bill from airtell and also i called to customer care in 121 number, but no responce from customer care, i am realy feel bad with your poor service.
