Their customer support sucks. They don't even care what a customer is saying. They are so rude.
They over charged me for the call. I made a call for only ~25 minutes and they billed me for 100 minutes. when I called them, got a very rude answer that I must have made that call. When I said trust me - I didn't and answer was "no sir, we do not trust"... frustrating customer service...
