I had taken a prepaid connection (Mobile number-9560728133) from Airtel office : Aditya mall, Vaibhav khand Indirapuram, Ghaziyabad, Uttar pradesh by one of your representative vandhana in the mid of feb, 2010. After a month of service, one day I received a SMS from airtel that they have not received my document and I had to contact the person from where I got my connection. On same day I went to Indirapuram office, ones again I had hand over all the document to vandhana along with new application form, but after one day my number has been disconnected on 17 march, 2010. After disconnection again I visited to Indirapuram office, at that time I was again advice by one of the airtel representative seema to fill application form along with all the document, I did the same but after one week of follow up to office I did not get any positive response. After a week I was again advice by one of the airtel representative roshni to fill application form along with all the document, I did the same thing, still doing follow up but I am not getting any positive response, even not any clarity about process and all. During this followup time I have been also badly miss behaved by one of the airtel representative there, I don't know the name of that person but he may be franchise owner or head of the that office.
About me I am a owner of a small organization, which has spread across India, I had taken this prepaid number to not get any service problem at any condition. After a month of use of this number I had distribute this number to my network. I am loosing very high because of this service problem.
I have loose all the patience and requesting last time to do needful.
