Mr. Mittal. You run a telecom company, but we as Customers are not able to reach Airtel.
A simple prepaid recharge issue, I had made 2 top-ups during the day, received only one confirmation SMS from Airtel and still could not recharge by even One rupee.
Even worse, could never reach Airtel. When I finally got to speak to some one, he said I should contact 9845098450. When that was dialed, they said call 198 for complaints. Nothing worked when I tried 198.
I spent an hour trying to reach Airtel. Funny though!!!
Several sales related soliciting stuff is out there on the IVR, what about equal number of servicing options to resolve your Customers complaints.
Are we heading back to the erstwhile BSNL style arrogant telecom service providers?
