employee mistreatment

I worked for the now closed warwick store for almost two years. One day I was taking my lunch ( off the clock) and I see this womens demon child tearing up a display. I went over and asked her not to let her child run amuck in the store to that she added" look you skinny bitch, mind you own business" and proceded to threatened me in the store. I told her to go right ahead and I will call the Police. I left to go to lunch. I was called in the office after my shift and fired for talking back to a customer. Mind you this monster of a women was about 175lbs. I am 124. I am 44 she was about 24. She wanted my job, she could have it !!!the place was overrun with white trash customers who would steal your eyes if they could. Long story short, Karma came back to AJ Wright, the store closed due to underperformance 2 months later. All the backstabbers who did not stand up for me were let go . boo hoo The store is as nasty as its customers, be warned if you go .

laaway fees

I put up a laaway and paid fee and then made a payment two weeks later because I really wanted merchandise . I mistakenly looked at the wrong pick up date however caught it a day late. Iwent to pick it up the next afternoon and to my surprise was told they had cancelled it and it would be a five dollar fee plus another ten dollar fee because i didnt pick it up on time and it basically was my fault. I feel those fees are ridiculous and do not know how they are allowed to rip us consumers off so badly. They should make plenty revenue when they can keep the merchandise to sell also. I feel also they were terribly rude customer service day manager and district manager.
