The Manager (not the branch Manager) at Bangalore Office had told that company offers various facilities which
we came to know were all false (once we searched about the company on the internet and found many complains
against them. We tried to get the package cancelled and money (68000) refunded. The company says that since
the Terms and Conditions says that it is non-refundable but they are considering an exception in my case and
ready to refund the money but only in a span of 10 months with cheque of Rs 6800. They are not ready to pay me
back the entire amount. (I had also requested them to compensate for the loss i am incurring due to delay in
the cheque being issued but they are not ready to do that as well.) I have the mail exchanges with the company
related to these. Also, i had been in communication with the Branch Manager, Mr Jerold, for this.
Please suggest if i should file a case against them in court or should i accept whatever i am getting. Does the Terms and Conditions which i signed holds good here when the company itself made the false promises when presenting the offer?
