They way overcharged my credit card. When I called to complain about the 75% tip they gave themselves, Jeffrey, the general manager, refused to refund my money and hung up on me. Unethical business practices and rude! I hope they're not engaged in a pattern of over-charging customers, but I've seen other complaints online.
