Make sure you thoroughly read your contract with these people before signing.
I signed a 3 year contract with them, and after the 3 year term ended, I called to cancel services. They told me the contract was 3-year retroactive, which the representative failed to tell me, and that if I wanted to cancel services, I should have sent them a certified letter, in the mail, 1 month prior to my contract end date, which had already passed.
Here's the catch...they don't give courtesy calls or send reminders informing you that your contract is ending, and/or if you would like to renew it. Therefore, you will NOT remember to cancel 1-month prior to the contract end date. That's what they are counting. So they lock you into another 3 years with them in hopes that again you will forget to cancel.
My suggestion to anyone with a complaint on this company is to file it with the Federal Trade Commission so they can investigate. This is unethical practices.
