Child Molestor/Rapist

This man raped my daughter - his name is Albert Watson Link III and his DOB is 08/03/1969 and he raped her while she was in a children home in Kissimmee, FL. She is now 18 and speaking with the Sheriffs in the Central Florida area and he will be arrested soon. The local churchs knows about it and supporting my daughter 100%. He raped her when she was 13 and stopped when she is 15 years of age. Now she is an adult and working with many people from Law Enforcement. He is living with some woman who married after cheating on his wife, both of them are garbage. Spoke with the mother os his children and found out that he was having oral sex with his own young daughter and molesting her. This man is an absolute NASTY HUMAN BEING. He should be executed like Osama Bin Laden. This man is worst than him. He called his eldest son for his birthday and asked if wanted a bicycle -- keep in mind this is young man of 17 years of age. This man stand at 6'2 and calls himself a preacher under a local church here in Orlando, FL. God Bless you and have mercy on your soul. What kind of man who can leave his own biological children 3 of them two boys and a girl and move in with a welfare whore and take care of her grand children, but abandoned his own children.

I have been trying to get child support since March 2009 for my three children in Orange County Florida. I have been through contempt motions and trying to get his driver's licenses suspended with no success because he would always filed a motion to stop what I have tried to do. He was jailed in August of last year, but released without a purge amount being set.

The Deadbeat Parents Punishment Act (DDPA) of 1998 is a federal offense. 18 U.S.C. Â§ 228 The intent of the statute was to prevent non-custodial parents from fleeing across state lines to avoid paying their child support obligations and to facilitate recovery of unpaid child support.

I am in desperate need for help in trying to get child support paid. Albert Watson Link III had gotten married for third time since leaving me and my children in 2007.

He has used his second ex-wife SSN and personal information to obtain credit and other items in her name. Him and his new bride have been committing crime fpr over seven moths and bragging about it on myspace, facebook, etc with nasty comments like my second ex-wife paid for this wedding. He has also sexually harrassed children while he was working at Osceola Children home that know longer exists. Please call them and confirm my story.

He is now trying to move out of the State of Florida so the court system cannot locate him. He is currently enrolled in school fulltime in Naples, FL and refuse to pay child support during mediation in December 2009. He ONLY wanted to pay $75 per month for three children. I need your help not to let this situation go unnoticed.

I need your help for my children. All I ask that the laws be enforced on State and Federal levels. My children still have to eat, wear clothes and have a roof over their heads.
