Dear Sr./Madam

The purpose of this complaint is to let you know that according to your law I won $3, 000, 000 dollars in a lottery contest of your country. after spending over $9, 000 dollars I never got my winnings. I am so disappointing on your country that can control the fraud that are taking advantage of people that are retired and that survive of retirement payments. This happened to me about 2 years go and no one has don anything about it. The only thing I can said is the the person that was supposed to help me was Mr. Hans, that after we exchanged few emails, never herd from him again. I hope you can follow up on this complaint an put a stop to this people that are taking advantage of people.
