NqpqLast fall we contracted (or so we thought) a window glass replacement job with Alciati's Glass in Torrington, CT. He came to the house and stayed for hours - evaluating the job, measuring windows and working up a quote, which we accepted.

Other work was being done on the house, so he had to wait until that was completed, which he agreed to. As that was completed, we made numerous phone calls to ask when he was going to begin.

Our last few calls were never returned. We never heard from him again. If he didn't want or couldn't do our job, why did he waste both of our times? Very bad business practices.

Also, I tried to review this business on Service Magic's site, but could not figure a way to do this.
