i see toshiba website for purchasing a new laptop.
i have take the address of the toshiba dealer Mh.ayyub in kota city from your toshiba site.
when i went to here than i see the various branded laptops. and i selected the dell laptop.
But your dealer Mh.ayyub forced me to purchase the toshiba laptop and say this model have a offer of win vista to win 7 free upgrade offer.
so i impressed toshiba offer and i agree to purchase the toshiba laptop.
he sell me toshiba laptop.
when i try to register my toshiba laptop on toshiba india site .
on the site this model is not mention in list and i call the toshiba custmer care to register it than he told me it is not indian model.it is a japanies(north us) model and it not register in india and also you not place your free toshiba win vista to win 7 in india country.and service not provided in india country.

so i want to request to you registor my complain of fraud toshiba dealer Mh.ayyub kota.and also i want that he change my product and he provide me indian model .
because it is the metter of non-indian notebook selling of toshiba brand.
so that dealer not fraud to any custmer at the name of toshiba brande.
