I wish to complain about

They were very rude today when I went to get my tyres replaced.
They broken my locking wheel nuts, and refused to replace them. So when I disputed paying for the tyres unless they refunded the difference for the breakages, they got abusive towards me and would not let me drive my car away. Eventually when I threatened to call police they agreed to let me go and gave me the tyres free of charge. None the less I left feeling very scared and intimidated by all the men in this garage.
I felt as if they had attacked me due to being a woman on my own, and thought they could get one over on me because of my gender.
I would never use this tyre place again and warn any woman to be careful if she ends up going here.
