We have been charged twice for flight tickets.

We booked 3 seats to fly from dublin Ireland to Sydney Australia. Out on the 8/Nov. Back 8/Dec. 2010.
Total cost for 3 guests 2, 719.98 euro.

There have been 2 seperate transactions of 2, 719.98 euro made on my credit card .

My credit card has been debited twice on the 1st.June 2010 .

We have been on the phone to your company since the 3rd June regarding this error and we cannot get any
satisfaction.
My wife and I are old age pensioners and we cannot afford to pay this extra amount of money.
I plead with you to please/please rectify this matter urgently.
