ALFRESIA Garden Patio Furniture...Ordered goods (website said 'in stock') on the 20th Feb order A64103 . Paid by debit card that day and deducted from my account, emailed 20th Feb..no reply, called 16 Mar, told 'will call back' .. no call, called 18/3 same deal, called 21/3 same deal, called 22/3 same..emailed full complaint 22/3, no reply, called and ask to speak to manager 29/3.. she is 'unavailable' and I cant look at system? Duhhh?!...asked manager to call back..no call...
no email.. nothing. This is possibly the worst/least efficient customer service I have ever encountered, never even got an acknowledgment or an apology, and never a single reply. We have now been forced to enter a disputed claim on the card used, and hope this will cause them as much grief as they have caused me. Will be complaining to an ombudsman if I can find one... Do NOT deal with this bunch as I have now ( too late!) found that there are other complaints on the internet etc re this bunch.. their staff are useless and have no concept of service or responsibility.
