DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & STAY AWAY!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that someone else was told "Have your lawyer contact my lawyer". Due to a family illness, (cancer), my wife & I moved in w/my parents & our stuff has been in storage for over seven years. All I can say is DON'T EVER PAY WITH CASH AND SAVE EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT. If you're the kind of person to throw down a few hundred dollars every few months and trust the person collecting your money, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! They are thieves! And when confronted, it's "Call my lawyer". And when you show them your paperwork, they try to trick you with ridiculous logic & exuberant late fees and mailing fees. When they have no more B.S. to give you or when it's time for THEM to refund money to YOU, you will hear "Have your lawyer call my lawyer" just before "Maybe you should move your stuff to another storage place". And you thought you were a good customer! HA! Just an open wallet for someone! Avoid this place like the plague. A wise decision on your part. If you don't heed this warning, go there. What you will see is their office filled w/belongings from their customers who just couldn't pay. They have No Customer Service Skills, No Loyalty to their clients, No Compassion for their neighbor, No Sense of Right & Wrong and No Shame!
