My son purchased an Alienware m15 computer for college. It had some hardware issues (volume control) and was sent for repair in June. After a month it was returned to us and the problem still existed. We sent it back and 3 wks later rec'd it back and the problem still there and now the case was cracked. We sent it in again. I got a supervisor involved who said he would assess the unit before returning it. Guess what. They shipped it directly to us and it was still not working and now has blue screen issues. I have requested a refund and have been told no. They just want me to send it in again for repair. This is wrong. They have had it for 2+ months and have not fixed the problem and have caused additional problems. I have filed a complaint with the bbb and plann to post on every site possible on the internet. It is time this company is held responsible for their poor workmanship and horrible customer service. I can not believe that Dell would allow such bad consumer practices to occur.
