I ordered the top of the line config for Alienware M11x and found that the HDMI output didn't work. Complained to Dell service so they picked it up and have been sitting on it ever since!!!
I've paid for a laptop which I now don't get to use. Dell's excuse? They don't have HDMI cables so it will take time to get one to test the laptop. If the service centre doesn't have HDMI cables and takes them well over a week to get one, why do they sell HDMI compliant products???
I got to use my Alienware for couple of days!Im still waiting for them to return my laptop...And now my patience has run out.
This is the last time I buy Dell!
