harrassing phone calls
I have been getting calls on my cell phone and the number always comes up as unavailable. The first time I answered this call there was a female on the line telling me that I was eligible to receive $ in credit card rewards. That was an immediate red flag, I told her that I was not interested and "please do not call again". I continued to receive calls from an "unavailable number" I answered another call, by this time very fed up. The caller was a male with a middle eastern accent that would not identify where he was calling from. I told him not to call my number again. Most recently these idiots have left a voice message on my phone stating that it is the second time they are leaving a message, they are calling from All American Legal services and that I need to contact them immediately or they will take serious legal action against me. The voice was a male, again with a middle eastern accent that tells me I need to speak with "Mr. Abraham" they gave me a phone number of 213-478-0041. I called this number and the the automated response was again another male with a middle eastern accent. They then play some goofy preschool sounding music and tell you that no one is available to take your call... Appearantly there is never anyone available. I think that it is rediculous that I should be harrassed by these scammers. I have checked my legal rights and what they are doing is very illegal. They are threatening legal action when clearly no collection agency is ever able to threaten legal action unless they intend to proceed. These people are trying to get something from me and I am tired of it. This has to stop now. I did a reverse look up on the internet and it shows the number listed in Los Angeles Californinia. I have an attorney and I will be danmed if I am going to let some scammer bully me over the phone. Someone please get these people legally punished.

Fraud, Identity theft
This information was given to me by Jonathon Davis, an asian or middle eastern accent, after I'd already argued with two other people named Ian Thomas, who initiates the call then transfers to other 'supervisors' namely Mack Jones and Jonathan Davis. They finally gave me the phone number listed above of 970-834-6107, in which I called back and they answered the phone 'hello'. No business name. It took me arguing awhile to get they are working for Universal Lending Group from the website of www.mycashpickup.com or www.mypaydaypickup.com. They told me I owed 1725.00, then 1528.45, the first time it was $150 was all I had left owing. They recited my routing number and part of my account number from my checking account. They gave me my driver's license, which was missing the first number. They gave me my entire social security number, address and place of employment. I advised them 3 days in a row that I had never had a payday loan. The first time they said it was from December 2009, the second time they said July 23, 2009. I know this is a scam as I have not had a bank account in 2009. They gave me the name of the Bank. I advised them they could get that information from the first 3 numbers of the routing number but since they could not provide the account number, which I was not going to give them, and begged them to take me to court. Then they threatened to garnish my wages and told me where I worked.
This is definitely a scam and they have given me 24 hours to contact them before they "meet on the court steps". I would like any information of anyone who has had a call from "All American Legal Services". The phone number that shows up on the caller ID is 385-884-9117; 213-410-0050;205-258-5754, which have all been disconnected when you call them back. The only number I have been able to call back is the 970 834 6107.
I would like this harrassment to stop immediately. I have never gotten a payday loan nor am I paying for one I didn't get. They are fishing on the internet and do get some personal information.
