They will promise you the world before you sign up with them, but most likely they will under-deliver (literally and figuratively).
If you really must go with them, you have to make sure you get their approximate delivery dates in writing. I didn't, and because I wasn't available to take possession of my belongings on a day well beyond the day and time they'd promised to deliver them, they made me pay an unnecessary storage charge. The problem with that is, if your items are in a storage for at least one day, you have to pay the fee for the entire month...
And their customer service is atrocious/non-existent. Whenever I wanted to talk to someone about my late-arriving items, they ducked my calls like you wouldn't believe...
