I just had my tub refinished, the area where the former shower door rail was installed was not buffed out properly/ repaired and I can still see the track lines and when I put my ( clean) hand on it 2 days later to take of the paper, it left a dull spot that cannot be wiped off with any of their recommended products. I called Charlie to talk to him about this problem, he told me to call his technician and said he had nothing to do with this as he was not there. I told Charlie that I had already pointed these track marks out to the technician on site but he said that it was normal and would fade once the paint is dry. I asked Charlie to talk to his technician as he is his boss, but he suddenly said that I should call tomorrow and he would give me his technician's phone number ...I said again that I wanted him, as he is the boss, to talk to his technician, it was not my job, he just put down the phone...very unpleasant, very unprofessional, they don't do the job that they promise...definitely not recommendable
