products not recieved but paid for
i am very upset with this situation.i have a temporary upper partial denture that does not fit and is painful to wear. i was due for my permanent in january.all care closed its doors so i tried to go elswhere but my insurance company paid them so i am no eligible for more benefits for 5 years.my insurance company alrezdy paid them so i am out of money and never recived my permanent denture

Unfinished Dental Work
I did all my Denture and Partials at all care Went thrugh GE Money so I could get it done. I didnt get my partial (1500) dollars or the liner for my dentures now I am paying GE Money for services I didnt get. What can I do.
I am overwelmed and I have to wear a denture thats painful and I didnt get it all done. Why should I pay GE Money they should have AllCare pay them back the money they gave them for all my Dental work.

dentures
I had my set of dentures made there and before I could get them adjusted the co. went out of business. The dentures need to be relined to fit my mouth. The set is way to big and They don't look right. I am a recently divorced mother and my mother bought the set with her credit cards because I had no dental insurance. I feel really bad because my mother lives on a pension and I feel guilty because I can't even wear the teeth that she paid for.

Took money and I didn't get my dentures
I went to all care dental in may 2010, had my teeth pulled and was given a set of temporary dentures. I went back in November to have my permanent dentures made, I had 2 appts. to have the dentures fitted and what ever they needed to do to them to fit my mouth good. I was supposed to pick them up on Dec 30th.
I called and they said they were closed for the holidays, that struck me funny as I had an appt. Then I found out they went out of business. My dentures are sitting in that place.

ALL CARE DENTAL / detures
I was in need of dental care and in pain Like the fool that Iam Iallowed myself to be persuaded into having my teeth pulled and dentures made it cost me over 4000.00 dollars which I hace payed off with intresets less tahn 2 years later my dentures dont fit they are of very poor quality my gums still have splinters of teety that work thier way through all in all Iallowed myself to be taken dentures I would think should be durable and made to last all care dentals were not

dentures
I received my dentures in June of 2010 and before they make the final impression of my dentures. The doctor said he would make another impression of my mouth since I had all of my teeth pulled that way the dentures would fit better. The doctor did not do what he said and when I received my dentures they did not fit right at all. The top dentures stuck out`of my mouth and the bottom dentures would not stay in my mouth at all. I went back several times and they tried to adjust the dentures but they still did not fit right. I tried to tell the dentist but I do not think he understood me right. I paid a lot of money for the dentures and I cannot wear them at all. I feel that this dentist company is just out for the money and does not care about the patients care or privacy at all. The rooms were all open up concept and you can hear about other patients medical history and information which I do not think that is right and going against the HIPPA rules.

abandonment of care
went there for broken tooth, they hollowed it out then told me it would not be able to be finished until a month later then they rescheduled a month after that then they rescheduled a month after that. keep in mind they already had my money . I told them to forget it id find another dentist, and i wanted my money back. they told me it would take 6-8 weeks. these people couldn't care less about there patients, .

DENTURES
I STARTED GOING TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE LATE LAST YEAR AND PAID FOR ALL MY SERVICES UP FRONT. NOW THAT ITS GETTING CLOSE FOR MY PERMENTANT DENTURES FOR DELIVERY, I THEN GET A CALL 4 HRS BEFORE MY APPT TODAY AND MY DENTURES ONCE AGAIN ARE NOT THERE! I HAVE HAD TO MAKE OTHER APPOINTMENTS IN THE PAST DUE OTHER EITHER THAT THEY HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE OR MY DENTAL WORK ISNT IN! THIS HAS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING NOT ONLY TO ME BUT AS WELL TO THE COMPANY! I HAD FAITH IN ALL CARE DENTAL WHEN I FIRST STARTED GOING ON 08-13-08! I SHOULD HAVE HAD MY DENTURES BY NOW BUT I GET EVERY EXCUSE AS TO WHY I DONT HAVE THEM AND I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLING MY CASE! I PAID FOR THIS ALL UP FRONT AND I SHOULD HAVE HAD MY DENTURES 6 MONTHS AGO! PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT AS TO WHEN I WILL GET THE REST OFF MY DENTAL WORK COMPLETED. THANK YOU, CHERYL BRADBERRY

Bad/Unprofessional
My first impression of All Care Dental was the strip mall feel and the dirty lobby. I didn't think they were there long enough to have a dirty lobby. The wait was ridiculous. The staff was in party mode the whole time. I do not think they should not enjoy being at work, but they were wheeling each other around on office chairs. I got a filling, that took the dentist 3 tries to put it and complained about doing it the whole time. It fell out 2 weeks later, in which I was blamed for it falling out. I left feeling harassed. I'm not going back.
