I went to All Care Dental originally to have a crack fixed on my upper denture, the repair lasted 2 days. I later went back to get a new upper denture, this being my fourth one in just over 25 years. I had to wait forever, they tried to talk me into a more expensive denture, and the screwed up the cost. They told me my insurance only paid a small amount. I know my insurance covers 80%. I finally had to have my insurance call them. They did x-rays, and then the Dr. told me I needed the denture and two partials on the bottom(I'm missing 1 tooth on one side, and 2 on the other, and have for years) I told them I just wanted the denture . The Dr. did the impression, they placed the teeth in wax and asked if the teeth were ok. I asked if the finished denture would fit better and was told yes, yhis was just to see if I liked the look of the teeth. When I finally got the denture, the bite was totally wrong and the plate was very loose. After them wanting to file down my bottom molar to make the bite right (it did'nt work) they said they would do a hard reline.I don't think you should have to have new dentures relined, that's usually done when you've had them awhile and your gums shrink.I said o.k. and when I went back and said anything negative the Dr would grind them over and over. After 2 hours I said I would try them. Their terrible, they hurt and they come way over my bottom teeth. I wish I could afford to go somewhere else. They have already got my money. I'm due to go back in 2 days, so I'll see what happens. I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!
