Unauthorized Tow
I was parked in a spot visiting my friend in Pine Crest Condos. The spot was reserved for management during M-F 8AM-6PM. I parked at 11 PM and left the apt after 7AM and found out I was towed by All County Towing just before 5AM. My sunglasses were missing and I found a scratch on the drivers side behind the backseat passenger door that was not there yesterday (I just returned from a vacation and had had examined my car upon return) in addition to charging me $124 in cash only. The guy at the window refused to let me examine the car without payment and signing the papers first, and the lady on the phone raised her voice at me and was extremely rude and impolite to deal with. I would seriously warn any association in considering hiring these scam artists on contract, they will steal from your residents and their guests.

Illegal Tow
I intended to go to the Broward County courthouse to pick up a document and saw a huge empty parking lot with a Bail Bonds office on the compound. A few cars were also parked on the lot. I parked for a few seconds and literally walked across the street (next to the parking lot) then decided to turned around to go inside the Bail bonds office to confirm that I could park there for 15 mins (as there is a sign on the premises that said I could park for the maximum 15 mins). As I was walking back to the parking lot (literally within seconds) I observed a lady walking up to my vehicle. I got to my vehicle and by then observed a towing truck coming onto the premises, backed up and started approaching my car (I was in shock because I could have easily gotten in my car). As he was approaching my car I stood behind my car and asked what was he doing and he proceeeded to my car - (I had to move out the way so as not to get ran over) and he towed my car. I contacted the police and informed them that my car was illegally towed. The police call the company and got the driver who towed my car to return to the parking lot. I had a witness that confirmed to the police that I was at my car when it was towed but apparently the towing company hires a woman to sit in the car lot and watch so that as soon as someone walks off she calls the towing company (they are parked behind the building waiting on the calls from her to tow the vehicles within seconds) That woman lied to the police and stated I was not at my car but across the street at publix when my car was towed. The police informed me that they should not have towed my vehicle as I standing by it at the time. (They stated it was criminal and they would have arrested him (the driver of towing vehicle) immediately if I could prove to them what I said. I requested a police report. I went to publix to check if there were any security cameras that shows the parking lot (to prove what I said) but to no avail. I went to their office and paid the $100 and also paid for an older person who could not afford to pay for his truck. Someone needs to do something. This lot as someone stated in a previous complaint is designed to be misleading to attract unsuspecting people to park there. It is misleading because there is a sign that states you can park for 15 mins max. This is a big money making scam. Can you imagine how many cars are towed each minute because this woman sits in a car and observe cars that come in and as soon as the person walks away she calls the towing company that is waiting around the corner(literally behind the building) to come and tow the car/s. Someone needs to stop this company. I was informed the person that owns the parking lot, also owns the towing company and hires the woman to sit on the lot and watch for the cars. A big money making venture. Everyone BEWARE. Please contact the Broward Towing Commission, Better Business Bureau etc if your car is illegally towed. Do something.

Unethical Practice
Driver dragged my car away from the curb to hook up while at was at the ATM in the bank parking lot. Curb sign stated "Bank Parking Only" I watched as they picked up cars from the side, dragging and bouncing them. Absolutely no consideration of other peoples property.
There was a downtown St Patrick's day parade and these people were like vultures. The lowest life form in the universe. I fell bad for the people that parked in this bank parking lot, which hurt no one, to take their kids to the parade.

Towing without authorization
All County Towing towed my car. The building association suspended the contract with the towing company and specifically told them to avoid our building. I have a notorized letter from the board of directors stating that the tow company had no right to be on the property. All County Towing is out of control. After doing a little search I found hundreds of complaints. Please stop them from ruining our lives. Please help
Thank you
