Non-existence of customer service/unable to cancel order
This is my complaint to the Better Business Bureau: "I placed an order through the website for this cosmetic product in July/August 2009. The disclaimer states that the product will be automatically shipped to the customer at an initial interval and the card will be billed. If the customer wants to change the interval or opt not to receive any further product from them, the customer service department is to be contacted at 1-800-543-7207 to make a request to change or halt the shipments. I've been calling this number for over one month. I only get a voice mailbox which states it's full and to enter an extension of an employee I'd like to speak with. I've never spoke with anyone to have an extension. Just this past month, my card was billed for another shipment (approx. $48 dollars) and I've received the cosmetic product in the mail. Again, I'm still trying to call the customer service number to no avail in order to stop the shipments and billing. The website also states in order to return the product, I need to contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number to include with the return shipment. I would like to return this product but if I need this number, I do not want to return this product and not be properly reimbursed. Resolution Sought: I would like Christina Cosmetics to halt all shipments of this cosmetic product to me. I do not require any further product from them. I want confirmation from them that I'll receive no more shipments and I will not be billed for anything further in the future."
