They pretended to be all professional and even sent someone over to our apartment to do an "estimate." They assured us that the estimate would be within a few hundred dollars of the actual prices but once they loaded all our stuff in the truck they demanded over double (150%) of the original estimate. They operate on a classic "bait and switch" model. They would not tell us how much they charged per pound or per space because they tell you the estimate they give very close to the actual amount but it is not. Do not be fooled. They are liars and theives. They lost parts of our appliances and damaged another expensive piece. When we started arguing with them about the price one of the young movers who was not in charge started crying and said "this always happens and we lose out on the tips." I cannot stress enough, do not use this company
