Purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Pro and Windows XP Pro in September from "All Items Free Shipping" and discovered when PayPal confirmed my purchase that this firm had a Chinese name. BAD feeling at that point. The products arrived and the packaging looked genuine, but as soon as the Office install began my Norton Internet Security 2009 stopped the process and reported that a trojan horse had been detected. Looked at the products more closely and saw all the hallmarks of bogus software (label applied over the discs, bad holograms, faulty graphics on the COA, and even a mispelling). Contacted "All Items Free Shipping" who denied all and gave me a new installation code. Requested a refund, since there was a 30-day money back guarantee, but heard nothing. Since PayPal won't do anything if the purchase is made outside of eBay, I am out the money. Reported "All Items Free Shipping" to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), but I do not expect any resolution in my favor.
