I recently placed an order on All Multimedia Storage as a Holiday gift. Shortly after I placed the order, I read the Reseller Ratings reviews and got VERY concerned.
First I wanted to make sure that the item arrived before Christmas, and second, I was worried that I would lose my money altogether.
After re-reading the previous negative reviews, I realized that while the customer service did not seem stellar, it appears that both customers got their money back and even got to keep the product. So I felt a lot more comfortable that I was not going to get ripped off!
I then used the "Contact Us" page on their web site to see if I could get an estimated delivery date. I received a reply within a few hours indicating that my item would be shipped on 12/13 and would arrive by 12/19 (plenty of time before Christmas).
That quick response made me feel a lot more confident about my purchase! I am pleased to say that the product arrived on time (and undamaged) as promised. I was pleasantly surprised by the smoothness of the transaction and the responsiveness/accuracy of customer service. Maybe they have improved significantly since the initial posts, but at any rate, I would not hesitate to order from them again!
