I can't believe I'm dealing with American people. I know the product was manufactured in China, but you would think that in dealing with an American business that they would at least have the common courtesy to tell you what's going on.

I got an email from them 2 months ago that stated they were waiting on parts to come in to their shop in the next two weeks. They have never made an effort to contact me after numerous emails and calls to them.

I don't recommend you buy ANY products from this company!! They offer a warranty that isn't worth the paper they write it on.

Looks like they closed up shop by the looks of their website. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET PARTS?
