Unable to contact them. Having trouble with scooter and they promised techincal support. My scooter is inoperable.
They also didn, t send me some damaged parts to replace that occured via. shipping. Where is the web site? Seem like they
are a ripoff once you recieve the product they sell you.

We purchased two scooters from All New Sports for $800.00 each and put full warranty package on both scooters for the life of the scooters. We were even told that the warranties were transferrable if we ever sold. The key broke and so did the cables so we connected the company and they advised us that we never took out warranty. the price paid and the waranty cost should be enough to prove that we got this additional benefit. We were told at the time that they don't provide paperwork that everything is done over the computer. I believed them and now we can't buy parts for these scooters anywhere and we have 2 broken scooters. Need help!!!

6 months of emails, then they finally told us we need to send that part back to them and they will send a replacement part. They received the part and we yet to get our replacement part. i tried to call several different numbers that i was able to find, and they were the wrong numbers and/or disconnected. I tried to contact then by email and i get no reply. i just wasted 6months and $50 to get a new part when i could have had my dad fix it for free. I told him no because all new sports was supposed send us a new one. now i dont even have the part anymore to get it fixed. so the other option for us now is to go to the local shop and buy a new part and we are then out $400. this company need to do some serious reimbursements to all they people that they ripped off
