Selling junk
Received a bali touring cycle 260 cc. Absolutely no decent instructions of clauses or any other information. I assembled the basic parts such as the mirrors the windshield that was all scratched up. Put the fuses in and started it. I drove it around my neighborhood for a while and it stalled. Let me remind you the lights did not work and the radio did not work. I called them regarding wires hanging out from the lights and all new sports said to push them in for that was for meant for other mirrors that was defective. After about 5 or 6 tries trying to put this thing out on the road it finally stalled for good and I called them to return it because when I spoke to all new sports before purchasing it I asked what was my guarantee? I was told 7 days and that I had to pay for shipping.
I called them on the 6 or 5 day and they said it was nonreturnable because I had put gas in it and drove it. I have been scammed! Bike is in my garage and am stuck with a 1, 90o.00 Bike that is not even road worthy. It is defective and no mechanic will even tough them in my area. I talked to a tech from all new sports and is suppose to be sending me a part that should fix the problem and this is day # 4 days and no part no riding the cycle.
I got on the net to find if someone else could be having this problem and to many to count! Who is going to stop these people!

can't find business to get parts
CAN NOT FIND COMPANY ANYMORE. NEED EXTENDED WARRENTY AND PARTS FOR SCOOTER. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO FIND THEM? HELP

CAN'T GET PARTS
I bought a four-wheeler for my son he rode it excatly three times and it has set since then.We bought it in November of 2007 with the extended warranty. Need less to say I have not gotten any parts or nothing they will not even answer my call or e-mail...My son which is ten has a four-wheeler to just sit there and look at cause we can not get parts around here.. what a rip off...

Never again
They are the absolute worst. There website say they are good with customer service, ha ha ha try calling and getting a hold of someone, you can't because there scooters suck and everyone that buys one has problems, with it. It took me 250.00 at the shop tho get it going and that was right out of the box.

Warrantee, not being honered
I ordered a quad in August of 2007 . When it arrived the carton was damaged and so was the bike. When I opened and took pictures of the carton and the bike. I sent the pictures to All New Sports and called them to let them know that the pictures are in their e-mail. They told me in HUNDREDS of e-mails that they would get the parts to repair the damage. It is now March 2009 and I am still waiting for parts.
P.S. I have one file in my e-mail file devoted to All New Sports .
I did finally get the front fender, still waiting on the rear fender and the right lower swing arm.

No refund
I purchased a skooter and have had problems with it from day one. I asked Ryan about these problems. I looked at the BBB report. Ryan said these problems are not with the 2008 Roadking skooter, so I purchased the skooter. When I received the skooter, all instructions were followed by the book, the radio did not work, odometer trip did not work. After I road the required 500 miles at 25 miles p/hour, the problems began. The skooter broke down a lot. I did talk to the people to try to correct the problem, the said the parts were coming and they never did. The persons at all new sports have been notified a lot. They quit responding to my emails and phone calls after the battery exploded on my leg. They were notified about this. The warranty at purchased date was supposed to be for two years. They only sent a one year warrenty. Problems are: the battery produces 17 volts to a 12 volt battery, all the lightbulbs are blown, the key way is on the reverse and a duplicate can not be made. I was told by the tech that the emergency flashers were a dummy switch on this model. It broke off day one. There are flashers I cant use. Everything the BBB report said is happening to me. I purchased this skooter on good trust, I was lied to to make a sell, and should not have to pay for the product that was misrepresented. I also should not have to pay to have the product sent back. They have not complied with their own warranty. I would like to get a full refund and not have to pay a shipping charge. I have contacted other consumer agencies about this problem because of the research I have done on this company. I will try to resolve this issue with consumer agency before I take legal action. If there is anything you can do to help me please do so. Thank you.
