All Pro Auto Mall Reviews

Beware
After trying to sell fake Steeler Rings on ebay, he has also been selling cars in Canonsburg and on ebay and bilking people out of thousands of dollars. Where is ebay while this is going on? Why the blind eye to this criminal outfit while they have harassed me numerous times for nothing?

For more information on [snip] of All Pro Auto Mall, check Dealerrater.com You will be in for the shock of your life. I never saw so many negative reviews on anyone nor any company. Myself, I am out $10, 000+ because of this sleezy outfit. After paying cash for a car (I have the sales receipt and the cancelled check), they came to my house last night and stole my car back. When my father and I, both hysterical, approached them to get the car back, they called my father names like stupid old man and Grandpa Munster and told him to shut up while sticking out their tongues and giving us the finger. Not only are they criminal, they are obviously insane. And I still didn't get my car back. The police will do nothing because LoCastro has the title. The police KNOW that dealerships are supposed to send the title to Harrisburg and then it comes to me. The police know my car was stolen and they say it is ok. Here is my story.

All Pro Auto Mall sold me a car (a 1992 Chevy Blazer) around the first of June. I had selected them to purchase the car from because I had purchased cars there before and totally trusted them. Little did I know, but ownership had changed hands. I bought my cars from Vasko (which has moved) and this is a different company.

I paid close to $6, 000 for a 2002 Chevy Blazer and they took my 1997 Ford Winstar van as a trade in. The car was sold "as is", but I was assured that if I paid another $300 for an extended warranty, it would take care of any problems I might have. The car was not inspected. They told me, and I have a witness, [snip] to "get the car inspected, that I have two weeks to do it, and that they would pay the bill." This is important because they later told the mechanic that they never said this. The mechanic was shocked at the condition of the car. He, the mechanic, Jim Horne told me that if I had driven that car for two weeks, I may be dead because it was so unsafe to drive in the condition in which it was sold. (If you need more details of what was wrong with it, I am able to supply them.) When I cam back with the bill, they said they were not paying such a high bill and that it should have been authorized. They never mentioned a dollar amount, just to get the car inspected and they would pay the bill. They have worked with [snip] before and trust him. They did not dispute that the work needed done, nor the price. They just refused to pay for it. They then told me that the warranty would cover it.

Jim Horne does not work with warranties, but said he would do me a favor and do it. When he called the company, they did not have paperwork on me at all. All Pro had not sent it in. When I went down there to tell them this, they said they would take care of it. A couple of more weeks went by and they finally told me I was covered, which I should have been in the first place. The warranty company said they did not cover pre-existing conditions and by selling me that warranty, they are saying that "to the best of their knowledge, the car is in good shape and does NOT need work. Therefore, they were not responsible.

By this time, I was getting very tired of being stranded after paying cash money for a car so I decided to pay for the car and let the courts decide. All-Pro said that Jim Horne should "eat the bill since he was not authorized to do so much work." T said he had done this for other customers at All-Pro and this was no different.

At this point, I had not even put 50 miles on the car. It was approaching two months and I still had nothing to drive. I finally decided to pay the bill and sue them in court because I couldn't stand being stranded any longer. Jim Horne said he would testify for me. I was also paying out enormous amounts of money to get rides here and there during this stranded period.

I had the car for three days and was traveling home on the parkway, a very busy and dangerous road. The car stopped in the mist of tons of traffic. I called 911. An ambulance driver got me off the road. I waited an hour in sweltering weather for a tow truck. This cost me another $100 which I still owe. I called All-Pro again. They said the warranty would cover it and I could get a rental car. It was a head gasket which was not covered by warranty and they would not give me a rental car. The car was towed to Jim Horne. He refused to work with the warranty company. All-Pro said they would tow it to another place. I called several places and no one could get me in nor did anyone want to work with this warranty company because they said they had gotten burnt by this company.

I took it to the Sunoco station this time. They said they would work on it. I kept calling All-Pro to have it towed to Sunoco. It took them a week before they finally got it there. Sunoco said the car was in horrible shape and not worth putting any money into. It was unsafe, etc. etc. etc. If I did want the head gaskets fixed it would cost close to one thousand dollars and the warranty company would not cover it.

I called All-Pro. They finally agreed to give me another car. He made me sit in his office the entire day and wait. He said there were many people ahead of me. I said I had been waiting two months. This was now July 28. During the time I sat there, I heard complaints from every single person sitting there about what this company had done to them. Not one person had a good word to say.

They finally gave me a car that is one year older than this car and had 20.000 more miles on it than the previous car. The car they offered me was worth $800 less than the previous car when I looked it up on the computer. Still, I said ok. I was desperate. I would have probably accepted a mule at that point if the mule could transport me. I was willing to accept the trade out of desperation, but when I signed the papers to make the trade, he handed me one last paper stating I would drop the lawsuit. I said, No, I was not willing. Why should I pay that much money to fix a car that they would now be owning. I should never have had to pay that money in the first place. He told me that if I did not sign the paper, I could keep walking. I signed it and told him he was making me sign this under duress and that he was threatening me. I left with the car.

I didn't even want to think about this situation for a couple of weeks. I was totally worn out and relieved that I finally had something to drive. Still, I had no intention of dropping the lawsuit. I had contacted the Attorney General. They sent me a letter with the paper I signed saying they were happy everything was resolved. I wrote back stating that no, it was not resolved and explained I had been given a less valuable car and they refused to pay me back for fixing THEIR car. Obviously, they never sent the paperwork into Harrrisburg because two days after I responded to the attorney general, they came and reposssessed my car and told the police they had the title and the right to do so. The day before he repossessed my car, he came to my house stating he wanted the title to the black car. I didn't know who he was, but I told him I did not remember getting it. I said, "It seems I VAGUELY remember getting something from Harrisburg but never opened it. I told him I would look. I looked through all my papers. I told him I must be mistaken because I cannot find a title anywhere. The next day they called and said they reposessed my car and hung up on me. I have a table, belts and jewelry in that car worth a substantial amount of money. I have a business and was transporting these items from camp to my home for a garage sale I'm doing this week-end. My boyfriend was in the process of unloading the car when they came and took it. He was in the house and did not see it happen.

We went to their place of business and he said he wanted the title to the black car. I said I didn't have it. He said, "you told me you threw it away." I never said that. Regardless, he can get a title and had no right to take my car. The car is paid in full. I have the paper here stating I owe them no money. How can they take my car. My dad, my boyfriend and I all went down. Needless to say, we were hysterical. We were yelling at them that we wanted the car back and using some choice words. They all started saying f... you to us. They gave us the finger. They were calling my dad Grandpa Munster and telling him to shut up. I have talked to numerous other people who have told me that these people have ripped them off in one way or another. T

These people have got to be stopped. I cannot take much more abuse from them. My mother recently died and I am a mental wreck. Now tomorrow I have to go to the magistrate and see if I can get my car back.

I haven't even mentioned the numerous phone calls I have made throughout this ordeal. They never once called me back. When they talked to me they were always extremely rude. They are aweful people. Could you please help me. I gave them my last penny to buy this car and I still have nothing to drive. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to call or email me since my cell phone is not very reliable. I’m not very happy with my phone either, but that is another story!
