HORRENDOUS MOVERS. Their customer service representative couldn't be any more professional, attentive and responsive. The movers however might have well been two men that were picked up on a random street to do a side job. The men/boys who were assigned to my job destroyed my parents' house as my furniture exited the home. A three month old custom home on the shore had deep scrapes and scratches on the walls and framing. Custom hardwood floors and hand carved medallions on the floor were severely gouged in multiple places. The claims processing center denied my claim, and the owner flat out didn't care. Granted, scratches and dents happen - that's a given, but if you could have seen what was done to the house, someone at the company should do something to make it right. Not in this case. In fact the owner didn't even have the you know whats to call me himself to apologize or make an offer to help. I asked my representative So you're telling me that the owner is ok knowing that he has a low quality business with lazy and unprofessional workers and does not want to do anything about it?...she agreed and saw my frustration but there was unfortunately nothing else that she could do. You could do a better job having a teenager pack up a uhaul. Terribly disappointed.
