Fraud
My husband and I were listening to the radio 105.1 a spanish station, a question was asked and my husband answered and won a vacation! At first my husband was talking to this man and wanted his credit card # and then they would send us the rest of the info. I said no I want to talk to someone who speaks english first. They transfered us to someone else who did speak english. The man gave me all these confirmation #'s and assured me this was real. He was a liar. I purchased my vacation on 08-06-2008 for 337.99 That was 4 days 3 nights in orlando with 1 day free at any disney theme park. Plus 4 days 3 nights in Cancun all inclusive plus I paid for an upgrade of the hotel! I have tried contacting them many times...the number on the brochure has been disconected. I went on the yellow pages and typed in the address and got a travel center. They were all speaking spanish but luckly one person spoke english. the man assured me that my vacation could still be redeemed and I had two years in which to do so. That was last year. I tried to schedule my vacation then but he told me it had to be scheduled with in three months of taking it. So 6 months ago I called again to schedule my vacation, again all speak spanish, they either hang up on me or tell me no one speaks english. I got a number from a woman that worked there a spoke little spanish, when I called there they too only spoke spanish... I talked to a ladie who spoke little english once who told me someone would call me who spoke good english...that is yet to have happened. I am sad to see that there are so many that are victims like I. My 2 year period in which to use my vacations will be over next month...I wish I could just get my money back.

Fraud and Ripoof
My wife and I were listening to the radio in NY 97.9 La Mega. They were promoting a contest for a free vacation. They stated that the right caller would get a free vacation to Dominican Republic and Orlando. We called in and were told we had won. We were then transferred to a Customer Service rep from All Star Vacations and they explained that it would be a 5 day 4 night vacation for two to Punta Cana in DR. They said we had to pay a nominal fee for processing and we could take a year to make the reservations. Also stated that we had also won a 4 day 3 night stay in Orlando. We gave them a check for $389.00 over the phone. They said the pkg would be mailed to us in a few days. A few weeks later we received a receipt and a small booklet. A few weeks later we called the numbers listed to make our reservation and all the numbers were disconnected and their website was no longer active. Beware f these scammers.

Big time scam
All Star Vcation marqueting is a big time Scam. People are rude and very nonprofessionals. I call to make reservations to Cabo and then later to cancell and was told that there were no refunds of money only credits for the next trip reservation.
I then tried to squedule a diferent location and was told i needed to pay extra money. No hotel names were given to me as to were i was to be staying.
This company is a Big time red light they are crooks.
