Everyone knows market is slow. But, this socalled IT Consutancy Company (All State Consultancy) is still advertising/luring job seekers in the false hope that they will find a IT job for a person who gets 2 months training from them. Most of thier targeted victims are indian, pakistani, bangladeshi, Nepali and middle eastners who are residing in the USA with f1/h1/PR visas.
They charge at least $1000.00 for any trainings such as .net programming, java programming, business analysist, quality analysist, and database adm. Once a job seeker contact them in thier office, somebody from thier office keeps calling the job seeker many times to suggest him to join thier training until he/she finally pays the training fee. They also promise that the consultancy will help to prepare the resume and for interview session and find the placement. But, once the training is over, they never call you back. Even you call them back they will not response you back. Even you get able to talk to someone in office by chance, that person give you fake email address and tell you to send your resume in that address. But you will never know if resume gets in the hand of a real person.
Last years only, at least 200 person got some training from them at least $1000.00 per head. But, only very few persons got able to find a job. After the training is completed and fee is paid off, the marketing clerk will tell you, "why do not you find the job by yourself and call us for help if needed". If you talk to the consultancy boss "Alka", a giat woman from Gujraat after training is over and fee is paid, she will tell you, " It is so expensive to market you so you have to find your job by yoursefl". However, before you join thier training and fee is paid, they cunningly say you "just the opposite".
Even in the United State of America, a land of rule of law, these people are acting freely as if Freemont, California was the land of Lalu Yadav, a notorious leader of the State of Bihar of India. So, be careful, Jobseekers.
